Qualifications: Do you qualify to live here?
To qualify for low income housing in Maryland, you must meet the following income requirements:

Your household income must be below 80% of the area median income (AMI). The AMI is updated annually by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and varies by county.

You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

    Currently living in my deceased grandmother's home that will soon go up for forclousure. Currently looking for a 3 bedroom home from here in annapolis, md to baltimore co.     I just want to know if u have to be on housing i already filled out my application i just didn't simited yet i am interested in a 3bedroom home in keys pointe i have 2kids my oldest is 9months shes due between end of august in beginning of september of this year im trying to find a home before she delivers the baby i work for johns hopkins hospital i been at my job 6years 0balance of b g e paid biweekly 40hrs week 3bedroom.
