Section 8 is good for anyone that has low income families that are in need of some help with resources the only problem is they get in the door a lot of resources end because they're no longer either homeless or they just don't tell people about some of the resources that are out here for them i don't know why they would hold the information but i have found the butt being on the council that there is other opportunities out there to help them better themselves as residents and they don't even ever hear about it

Here in kansas city, ks the housing authority is corrupt. I've witnessed them harrash tenants. Maintenance workers entering tenants apartments while tenant is away snooping thru tenants belongings. They have old appliances in the apartments. I hope hud see this and look into the kck housing authority wrong doing. I also filed an anonymous complaint with hud about the treatment of two tenants one tenant a female with two kids. The management and maintenance workers are harrassing this lady and trying to evict her because someone in management got a bone with this tenant. I told her i'm your witness and i know what they are doing.

Housing authority is very unfair watch out for shady managers of the buildings. These people are power hungry and like to mess with people's lives. Please beware.
