Jonesboro Urban Renewal and Housing Authority provides low income residents in Craighead County with housing assistance through the management of Low Rent Public Housing and the Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8. You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
