91 rooms of low-income housing for men. This is single occupancy living in Hobokne, NJ. Pre-applications will be accepted until October 12, 2012. Pre-applications may be obtained by calling 201-963-4100. Rents for single rooms wil be either $365 or $578 per month and will be determined by income. Applicants must meet certain income limits as determined by the NJ Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency, the NJ council on Affordable housing and Hudson County, NJ. Applicants selected through a random lottery will be required to submit income documentation, and pass a criminal background/credit check in order to qualify.
