User Response: Hickoryview commons. What can I say? don’t move here. If I would’ve seen the only person that put a review on of this place I would’ve never moved in. The one thing that they did not put is that smoke damage of people smoking in this building is astronomical it gets in my apartment. I’m a smoker I smoke outside I never inflicted on anybody els . I’m embarrassed to bring any family here just because I’m poor does not mean I want to live in filth. The place has not been cleaned in almost 8 months. Some of the people are real nice here and several more absolutely not. There’s constant conflict . They let a couple in that’s in their 20s that have disabilities a girl and a man. The landlord does not return your calls.

I am wanting to find affordable housing since i will be moving from greenfield out to your area for a job. I have received about 12,000/yr with ssi and now earn about $1000$/month with my job. The drive would be closer to live out there.
