Greene Hill Estates is a HUD Apartment. HUD residents usually pay 30% of their gross income for rent. 2019-06-05 23:20:27 the waiting list is long and always full allegedly, the manager will intimidate you into moving here or else she will cut your name out of the list for more bedrooms and you can never re apply

2019-06-05 23:19:01 No cameras everywhere and prison style lighting recently was installed there was a shooting drive by style here, one family had all of their car windows broken into and items stolen

2019-06-05 23:17:07 do not move here the manager is a tyrant she will constantly try to find ways to charge you fees, is fraudulent, always says she hasn’t received documents requested when given to her, she will loose documents on purpose. Overall an unhelpful and intimidating women, the worst place you could live.
