You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

      User Response: I've lived here for 40 yrs & have never had any problems. The building is kept up pretty good. The people are pretty nice. The building had a few little quirks, but nothing you can't live with. Overall it's a nice place to live & the rent is reasonable compared to many other apts. It's not all that easy to get into, but it's worth looking into.
