You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

      User Response: It is a beautiful location. Minutes from Centre which is a nice town with all the normal stores. Leesburg itself has a sweet park and a between Many beautiful parks including Weiss Lake itself. These apartments are off the main street just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Great location!
