  1. Apparently their is a waiting list for this place, but a 2 bedroom sat empty for 6 months before someone moved in. posted May 9, 2018

  1. These apartments used to be nice, now they are filled with a bunch of druggies, disrespectful kids who like to steal, and parents that do not watch their children what so ever posted July 23, 2019
  2. Not really. A lot of drug dealings happen in the parking lots of these apartments, a lot of police activity, vandalism, and burglary happen at these apartments. Kids running around without any parent supervision stealing things off patios and vandalising things left out. posted May 9, 2018

  1. Cats seem to be ok lately, dogs are only allowed if they are service dogs and they have to be under so many pounds posted July 23, 2019
  2. Yes, but only certain pets, and i think there is a fee for having a pet. posted May 9, 2018

  1. Water, garbage and sewer. You pay electric and gas posted July 23, 2019
  2. Water only, unless you get a washer/dryer put in, then you pay $10 on top of your rent for the use of a washer and dryer in your unit. posted May 9, 2018

  1. The location can be loud with Balcerzak and Pohl being the cross streets and also a fire station and ball field right across the street posted July 23, 2019
