Diamond Hill Subsidized Townhomes is a HUD Apartment. HUD residents usually pay 30% of their gross income for rent. The rent amount, less approved HUD deductions such as medical and child care expenses, and other allowances, includes a utility allowance. HUD Residents also may choose to pay what is known as flat rent. The HACC works with applicants to determine which rent arrangement is best for them.

Diamond Hill Townhomes is located in South Minneapolis, about five minutes from Mall of America and the airport. Each townhome has its own furnace, and many have updated kitchen, bathrooms and carpeting. There is off-street parking, and garages (including a garage door opener) are available to rent. There are central laundry rooms with clean, efficient machines. Diamond Hill has 24 hour maintenance staff for all maintenance needs. There is a large playground area including picnic benches and barbecue grills for resident use. Bossen Park is located within walking distance of the property. Call the site office with questions and information regarding the waiting list.
