Deering Manor Apartments is a HUD Apartment. HUD residents usually pay 30% of their gross income for rent. The rent amount, less approved HUD deductions such as medical and child care expenses, and other allowances, includes a utility allowance. Our amenities include onsite parking, onsite laundry, library, fitness room and a community room equipped with a kitchen that is home to a flu-shot clinic every Autumn, free tax preparation every Spring and various get-togethers and karaoke parties throughout the year.
