      User Response: It is a very good neighborhood, and would be even nicer if Claridge Towers was gone. Many of the residents are noisy at all hours of the day and night and have no consideration for those who pay big bucks to live in this neighborhood. There is crack dealt out front. The building attracts some of the lowest of the low. Recently, a woman was bitten by a rat in her apt. BIG rat problem!!!!

    My mother live on the property i visit her on several occasions on stepping into the building you have to check in with security that is very rude and disrespectful then you step further in the building and you smell dead rodents the stitch is ridiculous and then i get on the elevator in this email is worse i stepped off the elevator the lights are dim the floors are dirty i go to my mother's door and there's paint chipping away the ceiling is open and leaking there's no hot water in the kitchen or bathroom in the window blinds are very old in hard to replace i would not recommend this place to anyone to live there my mother lives there because it's close to the hospital for her dialysis treatment but if i can convince her to leave there i would but you want to be independent but it is a very terrible place to live so if you had to pick somewhere to stay please bypass this place
