  1. No. Cement floors aren't good for anyone. Very poor maintenance, if any, plus have to pay for it. Non smoking apartments, HUD required, but executive director & office staff not enforcing it like supposed to, so if u complain constantly like I do about the stench, my belongings & clothes ruined by cigarette smoke & my breathing problems worse, they do nothing. Retaliate against me. posted April 11, 2019
