We are a nonprofit organization. We house mostly single parent families, but everyone is welcome to apply. We have a Montessori school downstairs for younger children we have 1 bedroom ($1,081 a month- 570sf)2 bedroom ($1,277 a month - 884sf)3 bedroom ($1,555 a month - 960sf) to apply: we need 4 of the most recent pay stub or a job verification if they have just started a new job last year's income tax2 forms of ID $25 application fee

To qualify for low income housing in Maryland, you must meet the following income requirements:

Your household income must be below 80% of the area median income (AMI). The AMI is updated annually by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and varies by county.

You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
