Countryside Village - Affordable Community is a HUD Apartment. HUD residents usually pay 30% of their gross income for rent. Residents are allowed one cat per household; only service dogs are allowed. Amenities include a regulation size basketball court, a playground, and picnic and grilling areas. Countryside offers a community center staffed by a full-time Residence Services Coordinator.
