Countryside Village - Affordable Community is a HUD Apartment. HUD residents usually pay 30% of their gross income for rent. The rent amount, less approved HUD deductions such as medical and child care expenses, and other allowances, includes a utility allowance. HUD Residents also may choose to pay what is known as flat rent. The HACC works with applicants to determine which rent arrangement is best for them.

Countryside has 118 apartments, of which 117 are affordable and one is market-rate. There are 12 one-bedroom apartments, 52 two-bedroom apartments, and 54 three-bedroom apartments. There is a laundry room in each building. Residents are allowed one cat per household; only service dogs are allowed.

Amenities include a regulation size basketball court, a playground, and picnic and grilling areas. Countryside offers a community center staffed by a full-time Residence Services Coordinator.
