Centennial Towers is a HUD Apartment. HUD residents usually pay 30% of their gross income for rent. The rent amount, less approved HUD deductions such as medical and child care expenses, and other allowances, includes a utility allowance. HUD Residents also may choose to pay what is known as flat rent. The HACC works with applicants to determine which rent arrangement is best for them. Centennial Towers is a senior low income housing apartment subsidized by the federal governments HUD (Housing and Urban Development Division). 2019-05-24 06:28:27 Yes. The building has a built in emergency alert system in every apartment. It operates on a pull cord. One in the bathroom and one in the livining area. Pull it and EMT's will respond within minutes,,,literally!

2019-06-11 02:18:17 It is an unhappy place to live and management smells cigarettes in every hallway even if you have burnt your toast and the cleaning- i think it's a woman will cuss you out on hearsay. she is dirty mouthed and suspicious of everyone.
