      User Response: All. Bear in mind the managers of the building, decide when to turn on heat or AC. Expect to burn up or freeze for 1 to 2 weeks while they decide what temp is right for the people who pay their salaries.

      User Response: Very loud outside building from traffic, City upgrade. Air pollution is really stinky: sewer processing facility nearby and when the wind is right....

      User Response: It's noisy. Cars and motorcycles run loudly up and down 12th Street till 3AM. Lot's of homeless who leave trash, urinate in public, are destructive of property (ruined concrete bench and table on our downstairs patio) last weekend. Convenience stores extremely overpriced ($5 for a 4 lb bag of sugar). Parking is a nightmare.

    Unfortunately this building has been infested for two years with bedbugs and current management company is being investigated by the hud folks for gross improprieties.
