Caro Senior Commons is a HUD Apartment. HUD residents usually pay 30% of their gross income for rent. The rent amount, less approved HUD deductions such as medical and child care expenses, and other allowances, includes a utility allowance. HUD Residents also may choose to pay what is known as flat rent. The HACC works with applicants to determine which rent arrangement is best for them.

House of Operation: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Caro Senior Commons are a wonderful community located in a country setting that offers ground level one and two bedroom apartments. We are housing for those who are 62 years or older and/or disabled of any age. Most utilities are included with your rent and the apartments come equipped with oven, fridge and dishwasher. Laundry is located in every hallway for your convenience. We are a pet friendly community with great amenities such as a community room with planned events, a game room and sitting areas.
