Santa Ana Towers is a 200-unit section 8 subsidized property designed for seniors over the age of 62. The site is located in Santa Ana, just blocks from the vibrant downtown area. Santa Ana Towers provides easy access to transportation, community services, shopping, and a local senior center.

Each of the one-bedroom units include: range and oven, frost-free refrigerator, waste disposal, air conditioning, wall-to-wall carpeting, vinyl flooring, window blinds, patio or balcony, smoke detectors/fire sprinklers, and an emergency call system. The property has controlled access with an intercom entry system.

The property features a recreation area, exercise room, billiard room, laundry facilities and outdoor garden area. Regularly scheduled activities include weekly bingo, crochet, crafts, a monthly birthday party, casino trips, seminars, dances and other group activities designed for the residents' enjoyment.
