Las Palmas, in partnership with MCA Housing Partners (formerly Simpson Housing Solutions), developed a 132-unit affordable family apartment complex in San Pablo, California. El Paseo was completed in December 2007 and is affordable to families earning between 30% 60% of the area median income.

El Paseo features a a refreshing swimming pool with picnic and BBQ areas, and childrens play area. The clubhouse features a large multipurpose room equipped with a big screen television, fireplace, relaxing lounge seating, game tables and a full kitchen. The clubhouse also offers a fully equipped computer learning center featuring high-speed internet access. On-site manager and leasing offices, interior mailroom, and an attached laundry room completes the on-site amenities.

The apartment community is adjacent to the city of North Richmond and within walking distance to elementary schools, grocery stores, the Even Start Family Literacy center and the John Hubert Davis Park. This 12 acre park is the citys largest, providing soccer and baseball fields, in addition to senior and summer youth programs.

- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
