You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

      User Response: The waiting list changes from day to day from a few months wait to immediate occupancy. The wait list length for this property seems to generally be shorter than at other senior subsidized properties.

      User Response: Broadway Towers' property is surrounded by a chain link fence with secure entrance gates at both the McCroskey and Cecil Avenues entrances. There is a 24-hr emergency monitoring service, key FOB entrance, fire and smoke alarms, fire sprinklers and property surveillance cameras.

      User Response: I like that it is on a hill and within easy walking distance to simple shopping. Convenient city bus transportation is on Broadway, McCroskey and Cecil. For those who drive, access to I-40 is a few blocks away. There are also several fast-food restaurants a few blocks further up Broadway.
