Located in the Florida capital of Tallahassee, 4 blocks from the Governor's mansion, Goodbread Hills replaced the former Ebony Gardens public housing project. Goodbread Hills is a joint venture between Pinnacle and the Tallahassee Housing Authority. This development features 45 townhouses and an additional 48 garden style apartments in a Traditional Neighborhood Design, and this novel approachto urban redevelopment led to Goodbread Hills winning the Florida Redevelopment Association's Roy Kenzie Award as the Best Affordable Housing Development of 2007.

This apartment is rent subsidized by the Florida Housing Finance Corporation. Currently Goodbread Hills has 93 subsidized apartments out of a total of 93 apartments. There are not avail. one bedroom apartments at Goodbread Hills. Housing program available: Housing Credits 9%.
