I'm a single parent who's in dire need of a house or apartment i have 2 children one 20 and the other 15 i receive ssi for and a 17 yr old daughter the mobile home we are living in has a electrical problem it's no plugs or lights working in the home and the landlord keeps saying it's nothing he can do help is what we need
