  1. Started paying 935 for 3bd room then july went up with 30day letter to 1025 did not show apt until after lease was sign say they were doing carpet still .Every thing was sloppy painted ,over broken,mold ,and rotten posted July 18, 2019

  1. Fairly safe. Have had a few issues. Teenagers March up to you get into your space and ask for money fairly often. MJ smoking is common. Unleashed dogs have attacked my gf. posted May 30, 2020

  1. The apts do not have kitchens and bathrooms like those above. Flooring is cheap nasty roll of vinyl. posted May 30, 2020
