St. Anthony Historic offers beautiful, spacious studio and one-bedroom lofts above commercial spaces located in the bustling East Hennepin neighborhood. This convenient location is near Downtown, the U of M, and on bus lines. At your doorstep are the many shops, restaurants and night spots of St. Anthony Main and East Hennepin Ave. All of these open-style loft apartments have high ceilings, tile floors, large windows and unique floor plans. Rent includes water, sewer, trash and one covered parking space. There is a central laundry facility located on the first floor. Income restrictions apply. Qualifications: Do you qualify to live here?
To qualify for low income housing in Minnesota, you must meet the following income requirements:

Your household income must be below 80% of the area median income (AMI). The AMI is updated annually by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and varies by county.

You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
