All of our units here at Mystic View are 2 unit duplexs, That means you will never have anyone living above or below you.Our community sits on 7 acres of lawn that include 2 play areas. Another great thing about living here at Mystic View is we pay your utilities! Gas, trash, and water are all included!All you pay is electric.That will save you money!All of our units come with an air conditioning unit, a small patio, and a washer and dryer hook up.That is my favorite feature, it saves a lot of time and (again!) money driving back and forth to the laundry mat!The apartments master bedroom is large enough to accommodate even the largest bed with room to spare,and lots of closet space with 1 - 2 large closets waiting to hold your things. The other two bedrooms alsosporting large closets can also hold a full size bed with ease.You like big spacious bathrooms? We got one for you! They all feature a roomy Tub/Shower combo and vinyl flooring. The kitchen is big enough to hold a dining table and has cabinets galore! All kitchens come ready to cook with a stove and fridgerator included with your apartment. Last but not least, in size anyways! Is the living room, do youhave a lot of furniture? BRING IT ALL! A sectional or a 2 piece set and chair are not going to cramp it any! Add yourentertainment system of choice and you are ready to relax in your new apartment.Have any questions? In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
