    I am currently living in a hud subsidized building in santa monica ca. I am semi-retired and meet the low income requirements. I am a university of miami graduate and have family in jupiter and martin county. I would love to get back to florida. Can i get on some waiting lists? Can i receive an application?     I’ve heard all good things about the neighborhood. I also happen to have a friend currently resigning in your apparents and says it’s very clean ,quiet and the lawn service keeps everything look really well!! She also said it’s a kid friendly neighborhood, which was another thing i liked about the apartments
