Rent is subsidized by the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, and all 140 units in the Eastgate Apartment complex are subsidized. 43 of these units of single bedroom apartments. The complex is conveniently located within easy access of shopping and dining venues, and just a few blocks outside of the Alachua County School district.
