Live Oak Villas, Phases I and II - Pinnacle's ability to match an obsolete in-fill site with an adaptive reuse as affordable housing that serves a specified population is typified by Live Oak Villas, a 104 unit development in the City of Fort Pierce. The community was designed to serve the local population, many of whom work in the agricultural industry of St. Lucie County, and was a joint venture with the non-profit Rural Neighborhoods, Inc. Phase II added an additional 80 units to this successful venture.
