Somewhat. Gated entry controlled by Pinellas Hope will only allow visitors if u accept them. However, it's totally an industrial area. NO other residential structures, NO stores, etc. So, if u don't have a vehicle, it's a mile-long walk up 126th Ave, no security, very limited lighting, NOT SAFE to walk at night!

  • Which utilities are included in the rent?

The apartments are efficiencies only, they're ok - but NOT for long term housing - probably best as a place to live while you're waiting for something more residential. only other residential living in the area is s homeless shelter that houses 200+ people! 0
