Located in Fort Lauderdale's historic Sailboat Bend neighborhood, the Artspace Sailboat Bend Lofts are complete! Artspace, in a unique public/nonprofit partnership with Broward County Cultural Division and the City of Fort Lauderdale, have created 37 units of affordable live/work studios for individuals and their families. The live/work units are available to families earning 50% and 60% of area median income. There are 16 1-bedroom, 18 2-bedroom, and three 3-bedroom units in the three-story building designed in a U-shape around dedicated parking.
