    • Thursday, January 13, 2022

User Response: Very familiar with Lakeside Towers. I lived there for 9 years. Out of the 9 years I did live there never heard a gun shot nor fight or loud parties that spilled out in the streets. When I moved there the property manager was Wendy and she was excellent. After Wendy there was Kinda Phillips and she was sensational. What these two women did was help that building due to the lack of care from those before them. I just so happened obtained my section 8 voucher and moved but if not for that I would have stayed there.

    • Friday, August 14, 2020

User Response: Yes, and it has destroyed the neighborhood from day one. Terrible landlords, constant noise and violence at all hours. It spills out onto the streets where tenants and visitors of tenants party in their cars. Gunshots frequent. It’s a terrible blight to the entire city
