Ewing Square is a Family low income housing apartment subsidized by the federal governments HUD (Housing and Urban Development Division). Contact Ewing Square for complete details on the current vacancies and housing applications.

The entire property was freshly renovated in 2010, giving residents brand new prairie-style architecture, modern color schemes, a playground, and all new construction in many interior areas, such as flooring, walls, countertops, appliances, and more. Included in each 3 or 4 bedroom, 3 story townhome is a newer dishwasher, stove, microwave, laundry washer and dryer, central air conditioner, furnace, windows, sliding patio doors, and much more. Garages with interior lighting and electric openers are available as well.  Income restrictions do apply. Our waiting list is currently closed.

Qualifications: Do you qualify to live here?
To qualify for low income housing in Minnesota, you must meet the following income requirements:

Your household income must be below 80% of the area median income (AMI). The AMI is updated annually by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and varies by county.

You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
