Amesbury-Rosalind Apartments is a HUD Apartment. HUD residents usually pay 30% of their gross income for rent. The rent amount, less approved HUD deductions such as medical and child care expenses, and other allowances, includes a utility allowance. HUD Residents also may choose to pay what is known as flat rent. The HACC works with applicants to determine which rent arrangement is best for them.

Amesbury-Rosalind Apartments offers affordable, low-income housing for seniors or those with disabilities, and the property has been subsidized by the Housing and Urban Development Division. The complex is located conveniently close to highway 322 and the sprawling Cleveland Museum of Art and Natural History, the Cleveland Historical Society, Wade Park and Botanical Gardens, and Wade Lagoon.  The local Cape Western Reserve University Medical Center is nearby, as is the Veteran's Affairs Medical Center. As of June 2011 rates start at $712 per month. Contact for current rates as they are subject to change.
