Each apartment has a full kitchen, stove, refrigerator, electric heat, and wall A/C included. Sunny downtown location in Ephrata, WA within walking distance of downtown. At the present time, basic cable $10, our deposit on a 1 bedroom is $400/pet $200. The 2 bedroom deposit $450/pet $250.
