Village Oak Apartments I is a HUD Apartment. HUD residents usually pay 30% of their gross income for rent. 2019-04-25 09:44:29 Yes. After business hours, thugs, dealers and peoples on the trespassing list all come out. Loud music and gatherings of violent people. Nobody does nothing about it. Management wants the residents to call police and basically take matters in their own hands and risk their safety
