2019-09-12 10:25:28 There is a waiting list in the property that I live at but the list seems to move fairly quick I would guess in this building people are on the list probably 3 months sometimes less sometimes more of course it's hard to say exactly from me personally I was on the list for about 40 days then I got called these guys are good.

2019-09-12 10:25:28 The apartment I live in is a disabled apartment and it is very safe for me I am wheelchair-bound everything is easily accessible in the apartment and throughout the whole building itself laundry room is convenient and easy to get into getting in and out of the building also very easy of course there are elevators and all of the common areas are accessible by wheelchairs that includes the grounds.

2019-09-12 10:25:29 Yes pets are allowed there are weight limits I have two cats myself but there are several other residents who have small dogs the grounds have pet areas and scoopers provided for us, we have a great walking path around our entire complex which is great for walking dogs.

2019-09-12 10:25:29 I'm not familiar with the gardener location I live in Webster and my opinion of my building is that it's a great place to live maintenance is excellent management is great and we have a person to go to who can help with insurance questions and just your general things that come up on a regular basis for elderly or disabled people. All of the management staff is great and always willing to help!


Have you had any experience with the office personnel? How were they?

2019-09-12 10:25:29 All of the staff that work here are excellent they are very professional but also very friendly and willing to help any way they can living here has been an awesome experience for me I recommend it highly!
