Hello again and how are you? Good I hope. I am double checking on the status of the first rental funds request I sent in. I already have an apartment close to the hospital where I work parttime. I am also on SSI Disability. I'm not afraid of hard work!! I've been living with my dad for the past 8 yrs after moving in with him and mom when she was diagnosed with Lymphatic Cancer. I was to help take care of her every need 24 hrs a day while at home. She passed away October of 2005. My 1st husband died at age 26 of a heart attack leaving me with two children to take care of and I'm very proud of the grown adults they've turned out to be. But we lost our home because he didnt have life insurance and I couldn't afford the payments. I was working during the day and going to college at night. My 2nd husband couldn't hold down a job and he left in 2003; leaving me once again without a home. We lived in horrible run down apartments or with family this whole time; I'm asking for rent assistance please so that I can finally call a one bedroom apartment that is nice.... "home". I can save on gas because it's only one block from the hospital where I work. I can take in piano students on my day off for extra money as well to help pay for my expenses. You see... I must get this apartment for my mental and physical health. This is per my psychiatrist and counselor as well. They say it would change my life for the better. Please please consider my application. Many prayers are being prayed for me to get the help I need in order to have a better life. I clicked on a date on the calendar above but it's hard to tell if it worked or not...but I picked June 30th....since Ms. LeBlanc will have an apartment ready for me and my little dog, Sammie, a companion dog...on July 1st. Thank you once again for your consideration, and I hope and pray that my WILL change for the better! P.S. I did not have the apartments email address at the time I filled out this form but will be glad to get this for you at anytime. Also I have filled out every portion of this application but for some reason it isn't saving my information? There isn't any SAVE button to push once you add your information on each section.
