I live at the grandview apts in dunbar which was recently acquired by a different company. I have been living here al most 4 years and since the complex was acquired the existing residents will be required to enter into a new lease for one year in the very near future. As a person now on long term disability and possibly complete disability due to covid damaging my lungs do i qualify for any type of rental assistance that could be established upon entering into the new lease agreement. I am 61 years old.
