      User Response: I know for sure that there is a waiting list, although I don't know how long the wait is. I do know that there is only one two bedroom apartment and it's been occupied for several years, so it probably won't come available for a long time.

      User Response: Despite the fact that this is a low income area, it is relatively quiet. You don't lie in bed at night listening to gun shots and screams. My opinion is that you could definitely do worse living somewhere else.
