      User Response: Although the "security" door isn't state of the art, not much happens here.

      User Response: No. Only exit is apartment door (No fire escapes.). Easily opened front "security" door. Non-tenants and solicitors frequently combing hallways .

      User Response: Certainly not perfect but people are friendly. You can have private gatherings in the community room or something like bingo night. Repairs are on par with an older building. Its a pain sometimes but it is what it is.

      User Response: Tenant. This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in! Never cleaned, constant interference by "manager" regarding menial and insignificant matters, and bottom of the barrel manager's with no experience /education who treat tenants very badly. This place makes Auschwitz look like The Carlisle!
