Pioneer Village is a Low Rent Public Housing Community for seniors and disabled residents that is operated by the West Valley Housing Authority. This property consists of 160 One Bedroom apartments located within 40 Four-plexes. The community offers a social hall, a laundry facility and easy access to public transportation.These rentals have eligibility guidelines that are set by HUD. There may be waiting lists for these apartments and at times the lists may close to new applicants based on the size of and length of wait on the lists.
