Knights Of Pythias Active Retirement Center is a HUD Apartment. HUD residents usually pay 30% of their gross income for rent. The rent amount, less approved HUD deductions such as medical and child care expenses, and other allowances, includes a utility allowance. HUD Residents also may choose to pay what is known as flat rent. The HACC works with applicants to determine which rent arrangement is best for them. Knights Of Pythias Retirement Center is a senior low income housing apartment subsidized by the federal governments HUD (Housing and Urban Development Division). The Knights of Pythias Retirement Community is located in the heart of Vancouver, WA. We provide affordable housing, one full meal per day, and twenty-four hour security. Our residents enjoy the convenience of nearby shopping, bus lines, and the mild climate of the great northwest.

We accommodate seniors from the community who are 62 years of age or older and younger disabled residents. Our senior housing residents live in unfurnished apartments equipped with a kitchenette containing regular sized appliances, a garbage disposal and pantry.
