We have an aunt who lives in hutchinson. She is 86 years old and just moved into assisted living this month. Her previous landlord is keeping her two-month deposit. We cleaned the duplex for her on the day she moved and feel like we left it in really good shape both inside and out. Can hutchinson housing authority help her navigate this little dispute?
