The hickory view new property is really what it says it is project based. The (bug guys/ maintenance) do not give a notice before coming to spray. You're not suppose to enter(without notice ). They dont suppose to just come in unless there is an emergency. Right? I was in the shower when they knocked at my door. So i basically didnt get mine sprayed. There is trash piled to the roof sitting next to elevators. Smells horrible very unsanitary. The office told these people not to do that but they just don't follow the rules they don't care what they say. People got junk all in front of their doors and patios which is definitely a rodent problem waiting to happen.. And not only that... Its a "eye sore". It just looks "tacky". And "unclean". I feel so sorry for the housekeeping crew because the minute they clean up, the residents will go right back and leave trash and beer cans everywhere. People are sleeping in stairways.
