Harbor Terrace is a Low Rent Public Housing Senior/Disabled Community. The property is operated by the Portland Housing Authority. This site consists of 119 rentals. The community features an monthly Blood Pressure and Iron Count Screenings, a Community Hall and Secured Entry. These rentals are income based and the eligibility guidelines are set by HUD. There may be waiting lists for these rentals and at times the lists may close to new applicants based on the size of and length of wait on the lists.
