User Response: It's supposed to be. They say it is based upon government inspections but outside of that not at all. Security cameras on the premises don't work properly; if at all. Even with the nightly security guard on duty it still doesn't deture the illegal activity and problems. Drugs are a huge issue in many of their buildings as well as past bed bug infestation issues. The complex is poorly managed.

User Response: Yes. My husband and I and our two children used to rent from them for 3 years. It was nothing but a hassle and a fight the whole time. Poorly managed. The property manager is a real piece of work too if I may add. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I got harassed for calling the police because I didn't feel safe.

You have a bed bug infestation! You need to take care of it because children are getting bitten and some are allergic to them.
