      User Response: Cars being broken into. The smell of marijuana floods the halls. The cops are here on a regular. They allow felons to reside here.

      User Response: Since new management took over, everyone seems to own a pit bull. There are dog feces everywhere. They aren't doing anything about it. Dogs are destroying the property. Feces and urine in the hallways and stairwells. It's absolutely unsanitary and unsafe. The breed of most every dog here are aggressive. I've seen this firsthand.

      User Response: There is always trash around the dumpster, never IN the dumpster. The ppl have no respect for the property. When you get something for free, it has no value, and it shows.
