Two studio apartments for rent (studio means that the unit does not have a seperated bedroom) small kit with stove and refrigerator, central air and heat. Both are upstair units. Not furnished, there is a washer and dryer on site for tenants use but not located in units. Basic cable is provided. All utilites are paid by landlord. Located on east end of beach, next to Lagoon Mart Conv. Store. Must call landlord to see units, 850-896-9149

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

    Where do i get an application to get a place to live based on my income? I am 72 years old and homeless. I only get social security of $643. 00 a month and food stamps of 137. 00 a month. Looking at greenwood plaza on north lagoon ave. In panama city beach, fl. Or gibbs village off north lagoon pcb,fl. Or sanddunes on front beach road in pcb, fl.
