The Fair Avenue Apartments is a public housing community constructed in the City of San Antonio. It was built in 1971 as a senior community. You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

      User Response: Not safe. Burglary. Keep pepper spray handy. Filthy dog pee all over. Dogs run loose in hallways. Strangers in staircase at night. No protection here. Bring your own.
